What Makes It Work?

Hypnotherapy

So much of our behaviour comes from the subconscious — which is why mindset work alone sometimes isn’t enough. Hypnotherapy gently rewires old patterns and beliefs, helping you feel calmer and more in control around food.

You’ll get a library of guided audios to support you through each phase of the program, including:

  • Future-self visualisation

  • Craving control

  • Releasing food guilt

  • Building consistency

These are recorded by me and designed to work alongside the coaching and tools.

NLP + Mindset Coaching

This is where we break the mental loops that keep you stuck. Using practical tools from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), you’ll learn how to manage your thoughts, emotions, and habits — without needing to “be perfect.”

You’ll discover how to:

  • Spot and stop sabotage in real-time

  • Reframe old stories like “I always quit” or “nothing works for me”

  • Use simple mental cues and pattern interrupts to shift your state fast

This is mindset work that actually changes behaviour — not just motivation quotes.

Movement & Habit Systems

Forget punishing workouts and rigid plans. You’ll build strength, confidence, and consistency — in a way that works with your lifestyle and energy levels.

You’ll be guided to:

  • Use LIST (Low-Intensity Steady Training) to support fat loss and recovery

  • Start strength training to feel more toned, capable, and confident

  • Build habits using micro-wins, stacking, and flexible systems that fit real life
