Weight Harmony
Coaching & Therapy

I’m a hypnotherapist specialising in sustainable weight loss.
I help people lose weight consistently, feel in control while doing it, and keep it off long term — by working with the subconscious patterns that influence eating, motivation, and habits.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I also have a background in weight management and movement, which means everything I offer is grounded in realistic nutrition and achievable exercise.
But the mind is always where I start.
Because without addressing the patterns that sit underneath eating and behaviour, weight loss often becomes something that needs constant effort to maintain.
Why I work this way
Over time, working with people around weight loss, I began to notice the same pattern repeating.
Most people weren’t struggling because they didn’t know what to eat.
Many weren’t new to exercise either.
What they found difficult was:
staying consistent when life got busy
managing food choices when stress was higher
keeping routines going once motivation dipped
Plans worked — until they became hard to keep up.
What made the biggest difference wasn’t another plan.
It was understanding what was happening in the mind underneath it all.
That’s what led me to centre my work around hypnotherapy — not as an add-on, but as the foundation.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind — the part of the mind that runs habits automatically.
This includes:
eating patterns
responses to stress or emotion
motivation for movement
consistency over time
Much of what we do around food and exercise happens without conscious thought. That’s why relying on willpower alone can feel tiring.
Through focused attention, language, imagery and repetition, hypnotherapy helps the mind learn new, more supportive patterns — so change doesn’t rely on constant effort.
My work is influenced by well-established principles of habit change and neuroplasticity, and by the teachings of Marisa Peer around how the mind responds to language, imagery and repetition.
What sustainable weight loss means in my work
When I talk about sustainable weight loss, I’m not talking about perfection.
I mean:
losing weight steadily
feeling in control around food
being able to maintain progress in real life
not needing constant resets or extremes
Sustainable weight loss is weight loss that fits into your life — not something your life has to revolve around.
That’s why balance matters.
How mindset, nutrition and movement work together
In my work, sustainable weight loss comes from alignment between three areas:
Supporting the mind so habits feel less effortful and more automatic over time.
Nutrition
Keeping food choices clear, flexible and repeatable — without dominating your thoughts.
Encouraging movement that feels achievable and supportive, so it’s easier to stay consistent.
When one of these is out of balance, weight loss often feels harder than it needs to be.
When they support each other, progress tends to feel steadier and easier to maintain.

Who I work with
I work with people who:
want sustainable weight loss rather than quick results
feel ready for a calmer, more balanced approach
want weight loss to feel manageable alongside real life
are interested in working with the mind, not just behaviour
Many of the people I support have tried several approaches already and are now looking for something that helps things settle and stick.
