This isn’t just my profession — it’s my purpose.

I’m a qualified nutrition and weight management coach, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and hypnotherapist. But more than that, I’m someone who understands the emotional rollercoaster of trying to lose weight — and keep it off.

Because if you’re like the women I work with, you’ve done the diets.
You’ve done the detoxes, the tracking apps, the “good” weeks followed by guilt-filled weekends.

And still, something deeper feels stuck.

That’s where I come in.

I created Weight Harmony - Coaching & Therapy to help women move beyond surface-level solutions — and finally address the mental and emotional weight that diets never touch.

I combine mindset coaching, practical habit change, gentle movement, and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) to help you:

  • Heal emotional eating from the root

  • Let go of self-sabotage, guilt and all-or-nothing thinking

  • Rewire your relationship with food — and with yourself

  • Lose weight in a steady, sustainable, and self-honouring way

This work goes deep — but it’s also gentle, flexible, and completely shame-free.

Instead, I meet you where you are — and guide you to where you want to be.
