About me
Hi, I’m Gaelle, the founder of Weight Harmony - Coaching & Therapy.
I know how exhausting it feels to lose weight, gain it back, and start all over again. That cycle ruled my life for years. I tried every diet, every “quick fix,” and felt like a failure when they didn’t work.
That’s why I created this program: to combine the fast results we all want with the real tools we need to keep it off.
I’m a certified coach + therapist who specialises in:
