About me

I grew up being called 'chubby', and I developped the eating disorder bulimia between the ages of 14-19 years old. I had personal trainers, then became a personal trainer (PT), but I still struggled with my weight and my self-image. It wasn't until I took up coaching and hypnotherapy that I became more self-accepting, self-loving and confident, and was able to keep the weight off. As a PT, I knew what I should eat and what exercises to do, but it only became easy once I put mindset first.
